Let's face it... someone sneaks into China, they stick out like a sore thumb (lol). And India is pretty much a ****hole. Who would want to sneak into India?
And now-
Why doesn't our government get off their asses and do something about it?
Because that would require them to get off their asses. Now, if DC was a border town...

China has a huge Internal immigration problem. It is not about people from other countries, those just disappear into the huge population of China. The problem they have is poor displaced farmers going to the cities to work illegally. They round them up regularly, those that they can find, but the underground labour market is vast and hungry. So they migrate to where they can earn enough to eat and hopefully send some back to feed their families down on the farm. The other major problem is illegal emigration. The flow of better trained or wealthier Chinese out of China to USA, Europe, and South America as Illegal and effectively slave labour. China does not miss them but is cautious about international treaty infractions. It is not legal to leave China with out a permit, but they supply huge numbers to the international underground labour market. The Chinese tracking systems do not work worth a crap, except that other races are so unusual to see that everybody notices a foreigner, we look weird to them.

You ask the dumbest questions!! Are you like 12 years old or something? The USA didn't have much of a problem until so many illegal immigrants started stealing and forging cards. The Chinese probably have more respect for laws than the illegal immigrants in the USA (the Hispanic ones). they have fairly good deterrent, caning. The USA could employ that as a deterrent to illegal immigration and I believe that would stop it cold!!

Hmmm, well, China is a pretty controlled government due to the fact that their communist. They may have problems, but you're not sure to hear about them cuz everything is pretty hush hush. As for India, India is likely to get immigrated to by it's poorer neighbors. Most countries have immigration problems, but they seem to not be making as big a deal about them as the people of this country are.

China and India have Immigration Departments that keep records of their people. Thus, immigration is controlled even with big countries as long as there are systems in placed recording people.

There's an easy answer to illegal immigration. Make the country less desirable to live in; then nobody will want to cross over the border illegally. Illegal immigration does this by sucking the wealth out of a country.
It's a self-balancing system that will straighten itself out with time.
