What if the exercise alters your right leg thus rendering it useless for knobbly knee contests? Better to train your left and have two to lean on. Also the development of the left may make you knobbled one look even more so when compared.
Going against the advice of the klepto, but very organised, serial killer: Don't put all your legs in one basket.

What if your leg leg was a lot better? I think your right leg would be very jealous and might start a fight with it!
Did your left leg enter the knobbly contest? I think you should treat equally or you`ll be sorry!

Work on the right leg. work it hard. Work it until it can work no more. Then MAKE it work.
Your persistence will pay off.
Pretty soon your right leg will be top of the bill somewhere.
Now either the left leg will get jealous and get its act together...
It might go into the music business, performance poetry, abstract expressionism.
It may even wither and die!
What care you?
With the big-earning right leg you would be able to buy a ruby-encrusted artificial left leg in a purple alligator shoe!
If you need a publicist and biographer for your immiment and glittering career, I would be happy to throw my hat into your ring.
What a climax that would be!

Maybe the talented right leg should consider re-training, after all it is 8 years since the knee found recognition but previous experience may facilitate rapid progress.

Do you have a tap who is willing to dance with you?
Perhaps your left leg would improve with massage; need it desperately with both knees. You might even try starting it on stand-up comedy - gags like "Sire! There is a man outside with a limp..."

first of all it is never a waste of money when you invested it in something you love to do as long as it doesnt harm others. to decide wisely, you listen to what your heart says and follow it, however, if you are having second thoughts, then you can consult your mind by weighing between the pros and cons...
some skills are not borne out of talents...though you say you are not as much talented in tap dancing, this lessons can enhance you, i know many people who even sing out of tune but upon enrolling in a voice lesson, everything changed because of the formal and proper training that they have.
good luck, who knows, i can be one of your audience...

Perhaps you could "donate" your left leg on the black market to get more lessons for the right.

Silly question....but it made me smile.... thanks
I think you need the support of both legs, and favouring one can lead to problems.... such as spine alignment! So give the left one a chance!
