There is this boy that i lik, but he isn't a capricorn. I was reading my horoscope the other day and it was telling me what sign was my soul mate and capricorn was the sign that was choosen for me(i am crying right now).

If you believe strongly in the calendar then I would not go out with him and stick with what your horoscope says. If you don't believe in it that strongly or doubt it has a strong effect then go out with him. So people are under the authority of the calendar and some are not. Depends mostly on your family background as well as when you were born. An example is if you were born in china you would not be under the calendar! If your family has any ties to any masonic rights or government agencies then I would guess your under its authority. In my opinion, selecting someone based solely on astrological factors is a big mistake and unnecessarily limiting of your available options.
