When you get a regular margarita, whether it be lemon/lime, orange, etc...its usually served with no ice, right?

You can have a blended Margarita which is basically a slushy with alcohol or you can have a "Cadillac" margarita which is served "on the rocks" (over ice)

No. Margaritas are either served "blended" (frozen) or "on the rocks" (with ice).

It is served with no ice. Only a salted rim. Unless someone asks for it on the rocks. Then it would have ice.

sometimes. Most places serve them on ice, but some serve them with no ice in a martini glass. If you want it on ice act the server or bartender to make it on the rocks!

I always have ice with mine, either on the rocks or crushed ice (like a slushie).

Nope, usually its already cold.
You can always ask for ice in it though.
