Act 19:6 And when Paul had imposed his hands on them, the Holy Ghost came upon them: and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.
Act 19:7 And all the men were about twelve.

It,depends on what you mean by Being Born.
The actual rebirth from the womb No there are none
but to rise from the dead yes
Lazarus was BORN AGAIN Jesus restored his life after being in the tomb for four days.
Paul had a spiritual rebirth after being a bigot and non believer.
There are a few more examples or REBIRTH .Pick up the BIBLE and start reading

Yes. His name was Saul, later changed to Paul. He persecuted the early Christians, sometimes ordering the excution of those who followed Christ. Later, he had an encounter with Jesus on his way to Damascus that changed his life, resulting in his spiritual rebirth.
Paul went on to write more than half the books in the New Testament. He could not have done this in his prior spiritual state.

Yes. I think every one of the disciples would be an answer to your question. They had to have been born again in able to change their lives the way they did. They were thieves and crooks and yet through Christ they were able to become new people all together.

Yes, Saul on the way to Damascus, he witnessed a miracle that completely changed his life, Mary the Prostitute/Mary Magdalene, was born again, there are so many stories of rebirth in the Bible,and please don't forget "Moses!" TY

it is a slow process learning how to live by what he says in the word to live without sin but we truly wont be made perfect until jesus comes again then we will be changed in the "twinkling of an eye"and be spirit bodies and gods kingdom will come to earth to rule forever and ever and there will be no more sin.

yes in the bible nickodemus ask jesus[how is a man to be born agian?how shall he enter his mothers womb a second time?]
jesus said you must repent and be washed in the blood of the lamb.
we have to pray a sinners prayer and have faith that god will save us from hell does the mean we will never sin agian NO for we all fall short of the glory of god.but if we remain in his mercy and his grace he is willing to forgive us our sins.for god came to save the world not to condem it.he also said for whom so ever will call on the name of JESUS he shall be saved

Jesus did not mean to technically be "born" again. What he meant by that is to start your life anew. Live for him and spread his word.
