i need to know if there is a camera,computor, or other machine that can transfer a photo to a part of the body similar to a tatoo by the use of photography or some other method

I went to the clearance section of Office Depot one day and found that they were selling paper that you could print and make temporary tattoos from with Disney characters on their software.
So there if you just want to try it out temporarily before indulging in the real (and more painful) thing, you might want to invest in this kind of paper.

I think you can leave out the male body parts and just focus on what is truly the most beautiful thing(s) in the entire world: the breasts of 18 - 24 year old women.

well that one is very hard it depend u want temp or perm one if u need pern u can visit any tatooo studio at bugis or far east to do it for u, for temp one i really don noe maybe u can try using sticker instead or go for temp tatoo or buy those that just apply water one and hold it there one
