some guys are too shy to ask out a girl that they like. if you really like him then you should let him know.
or he just doesn't want to ruin the friend relationship that you have.

Tell him that you have a date with someone else. See how he reacts. Or, hell even go out with someone else. Maybe you'll discover he's not the one.
Or if you're feeling REALLY brave, you could ask him how he feels.

well i think u should but at the same time i think u shouldnt because i now someone that us 2 do the same thing 2 a friend of my and he never asked her out he liked her and she liked him and she even told him that she realy liked him but he never asked he out .BUT U NEVER KNOW JUST LIKE I MEET MY BF HE LIKE ME AND I LIKE HIM AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE REALY LIKED ME AND I TOLD HIM THE SAME THING AND IT WHENT WELL 4 U SO GO AHED ASK HIM U NEVER KNOW.
