i saw something like that on some E! show where i forgot what celebrity ate one teaspoon of syrup as part of her diet. but people said that it just keeps her full and it's just high in sugar. so i'm guessing your honey and cinnamon is supposed to keep you feeling full/not hungry. i wouldn't do it. go about your diet the healthy way that everyone says with fruit, veggies, and other good food w/ excercise.

Haven't heard that one....my friend really lost a lot of weight. I thought she was crazy at first when she took around a small bottle and took it out at restaurants...It contained Apple Cider Vinegar. She puts it on everything....and I mean all foods...she doesn't exercise but has managed to drop 20lbs in one month....So guess what, after all of my efforts of sweating and working out....I went and got me a bottle today
