You state that your favorite non-domestic beer is bud light. I assume you don't live in the US? Just wanted to be sure since a lot of people outside the US hate American beer. Kudos to you if so.
St. Paulie Girl Lager is probably my favorite. It's got good flavor and I can still drink it in quantity if I'm trying to get a good buzz going unlike stouts or other heavy beers and it doesn't give me massive diarrhea the next day!.

Depends on what I'm eating. Tecate with mexican, Tsing Tao with chinese, you get the point. Pick a beer to go with the ethnicity of your food.
For just relaxing with a cold one, I like Foster's or Bass Pale Ale.
