Does he talk to you, before the phone sex and afterwards?
Does he ask you how you are, and what your are doing?
Does he show any interest in you and what you feel, other than the sex talk?
If he doesn't, then he's just using you for the sex talk.
I think that you should break it off, long distance relationships, very rarely work out.
It would be better to have a boyfriend, who is there for you, and can take you out to dinner and a movie, and share his time with you.
He may think that you and he are just having fun, and hasn't thought of your feelings for him. Men and women, think differently about these things.
So it's time for you to think deeply about what is going on with you two.
Phone sex is fun, and I am sure you could find hundreds of men, who would be happy to do it with you.
But you need a real person, for real sex and a warm relationship.

If he shows an interest in you then its a sign he likes you. If he asks about your friends and family shows that he is interested in more than just phone sex.
