Absolutely not!
That is what Kongs are for. If you are stuffing it that tight, do it when you are gone, that way he will be occupied for hours and wont be chewing on the wrong things. Especially if you are crating him.
IF you give your dog a Beef Knuckle bone, they will chew on that for hours.
Guilt is very common with owners of dogs, you are doing the right thing, it is an excercise for his mind.

I'm also a stuffer of diabolical Kongs. Since my dogs stay at home during the day while I'm at work, my goal is always to stuff the Kongs so that they have to spend at least a couple of hours on it. It gives then an opportunity to problem-solve and use their brains. I'm all for it. If he didn't want to be doing it anymore, he wouldn't keep on for hours. He'd stop.

If that's really you in the pic, I give you permission to stuff my Kong any day of the week. We can hang out and both stuff the dog's kong.

Gee, my favorite color is clear. Are you idiot! A kong is a treat toy, where's the treat if the dog can't get to it. Frustrate your dog enough and he'll become aggressive with the kong or exhibit his aggression in other ways.

I have referred the matter to see the authorities for a charge of animal cruelty, you should be hearing from them shortly!

Nah, j/k, but what the heck is a kong??

I think he will be fine, toys are designed to occupy. Sounds like you are using the toy properly. Plus he gets a sense of accomplishment when he finally gets a little piece. It builds character in dogs for them to achieve difficult things.

I think that it is good for the dog to work to get it out, that is what that is for, but it should not get inpossible, or it might loose interest and the purpose of it is gone. Dogs get frustrated too, so stuff it, but not over stuff.

I don't think it's mean at all. Like someone stated, you can stuff it so it's a challenge but not impossile.

I use to work at a shelter and had to stuff about 50 a day.....yyyyyikes.....So keep em happy

Sorry but that is really a mean thing to do. Stop doing it, and I mean that in the nicest way possible.
