Well, for a more appropriate answer, it is true that diet and exersise are they key ones. There's also walking, which really burns calories, weight lifting if you wanna tone your arms or anything like that, and swimming is a really good one. It relaxes you in the water, you can do it freely, and you can do laps to get slim. I actually attend a gym called Curves. It's for women, and I lost 15 pounds, 11 inches, and some body fat pounds in just four months of attending, course it could be more if you do the required 3 days a week thing, but I don't go all the time. I had a major lapse where I got my wis. teeth pulled a couple weeks ago and couldn't do any exersise that could jar my teeth, like jumping or running. There's some women at the gym who lose up to 45 pounds in a couple months, and that's pretty amazing. The one I attend also has fun games and brain teasers to earn tickets for cool prizes like clothes, purses, bags, makeup, diet pills, dolls, gloves, coats, and we even had a drawing that a woman won to go on a cruise and have all the room service and stuff paid for her. I def. recommend something like a gym or just a stroll around the neighborhood, those are best.

Emotional balance and character development are essential for good health. Get a life away from the depressed, self-gratification, parasitical "Feed Trough" mentality. Volunteer, help build homes for the homeless, get a physically challenging job (for example, wait person in a crammed coffee shop), visit a nursing home and run the elderly residents in wheelchairs through simple upper body exercises, no sitting, sway when standing still, get your room/home/neighborhood cleaned up, etc. And, don't ask fat people how they diet. Ask healthy people instead how they stay so healthy. Anyone can lose weight on a diet. The trick is to learn how to eat and live to BE healthy all the time.

Bark up from the table. That's the only healthy way. The teen must eat 2500 calories a day, no more, no less. And also walk for a mile or two a day. The weight will come off. Not really immediate, but if they keep on everyday, it will start coming off. (The weight that is!)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

low carbs, raw veggies, lean chicken and fish, broiled or baked. its the same for everyone on the planet, as far as exercise goes, swimming burns off more calories and doesnt jar joints, that is if you actually swim and dont just lounge about in the water. swim laps or do a water aerobics class. limit, carbs, and fats, drink some milk, or eat low fat yogurt. take a multi vitamin each day to make sure you get what you are missing by eating less fat foods. raw veggies are great for munching on, instead of chips, carrots give that satisfying chrunch and they also give you fiber, which helps you eliminate at the end of the day. beware of fruit juices, they are really full of sugar. however if you have any trouble with kidney infections do drink light cranberry juice.

u can cut down on ur un-healthy foods e.g oily foods, fatty foods, etc. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Do not starve yourself. It is un-healthy. Walk home. Don't take the bus home. (if your house is not that far). Exercise at least 4 times a day e.g walk around your apartment for about 30mins, jog around the park, do sit-ups, etc. Do not sleep right after your meal because it will add to your fats deposits. Get it?

Get involved in a sport, eat healthy, don't eat junk food and don't eat late at night. You are still growing as a teen so you might lose some "baby fat" anyway.

don't drink pop. if you have to, switch to diet. cut as much sugar out of your diet as you can. eat plenty of veggies and fruits. make sure to drink plenty of water every day. 8-10 glasses. not only will this help to lose weight, but it will help clear your complexion and help flush your body of toxins. good luck.

After Diet and Basics, I would say getting dumped by your girlfriend/boyfriend. Anything traumatic that takes your appetite away would work.
