How do you stop thinking about a guy ??

So ya i still think about this guy but i'm doing my best to forget about him. He has a girlfriend. it just hurts knowing that if i have spoken up sooner we would have becomed more than friends. He even said that he wished i spoken up sooner. But i lost my shot and he got a gf recently. So helpp!!! =(

When you say that you lost your shot, do you mean he's getting married? Otherwise don't give up hope of ever getting another chance with this guy. You should move on for the time being. Don't stop living and experiencing life just because you missed your chance. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe the two of you are meant to be with other people before you hook up. He knows how you feel. Maybe somewhere in the future the two of you will be together but for now just move on and store him in that little closet at the back of your mind.

I understand how you feel. I met a person about 5yrs ago and didn't think he would be interested in me because he seemed to be out of my league. May a long story short we met up again this past Feb and now he's married. He told me the same thing and it hurts because I run into him quite often at work and I'm soooo attracted to him. I think just keeping myself busy with friends and family has helped me. It's those times alone thou that are hard at times. I don't think there is an easy answer to this even though we know what the right thing to do is not always so easy.

I think about my ex all the time! he still lingers in my mind 27-4 and i still love him even though that ive found a new boyfriend! Try to go hang with friends because it helps you have fun and keeps your mind off the guy! Don't ruin your time by thinking about this guy all the time because it can really depress you....all i can say is maybe try to find someone else for yourself! I wish you all the luck in the world

It just takes time girl! I still think about this guy I slept with to get over a bad brake up and I actually liked this dude alot. To humilitate myself and help you, he actually avoided me and wouldnt answer my calls and I still called and emailed him. Time is the best medicine. Do what you want, but either way, you will get tired of not getting what you want and you will get over it hun!
