The last question/request I posted was a request for positive thoughts or prayers. Some very kindly souls responded to this request, God love them all. The issue has resolved in my favour against all the odds. I've just now gotten the word. I'm not a big believer in coincidence. What do you think of that!?

I think I'd like to know what the issue is before I become awestruck by the resolution... which also is not presented here. I'm on the fence on this one.

I didn't see that request so i was, unfortunately, not a part of the prayer/positive-vibe-fest. But it definitely sounds like answered prayer to me. And I'm glad it worked out for you, because your postings on here are awesome...you're one of the most sensible, even-handed people on this site. May the blessings keep coming your way !

I would say I am not surprised and I am happy that a prayer request is answered.

If your wish harmed no one, then I'm glad for you.

From my perspective, I'd say that perhaps the good wishes from all those strangers gave you the confidence to do what you needed to do. But if you choose to believe the prayers were directly responsible for helping you, that's certainly your right.

Good for you! Whatever works- is all that matters. -Just don't go abusing the method... Miss Fortune just LOVES to respond to requests -with unintended consequences!

I know that God answers prayers and He works best in "against the odds" situations... so I am happy for you. can you please do the same for me and mine (send positive thoughts or prayers) as my husband is overseas (military) and our family is missing him as he is missing us... thank you and God bless!

well just cause you don't believe in coincidence doesn't believe it doesn't exist, you would say the same thing about me not believing in prayer, so why should I argue this?
