Yes, cost depends where you go, but my dentist is like 125 for the cleaning (includes that)

Yes, dentists and dental hygienists can remove plaque by scaling and polishing. However, plaque can form IMMEDIATELY after your S&P. Plaque can be easily removed by you by using the proper technique to brush your teeth and flossing. Place the brush at 45 degrees towards the gumline (that's where the gums and teeth meets) and rotate in circles. The gumline is where plaque gathers so you have to brush your teeth two times a day, morning and b4 you sleep. Even better still, after your meals. Floss once a day or if you are feeling lazy, floss once every two days. =)

yes, the dentist can remove plaque, they recommend you have your teeth cleaned twice a year, depending on how bad your teeth are it might not feel fantastic, but as for price usually about $100, sometimes if your paying cash they might charge you less.
