OK, I'm not particularly religious. Call me a crackpot if you like I don't care and I know what I saw. There are lots of religions and each will have its own version of what happens and where you go when you die. I'm a scientist and I only believe what I see. When I was 18 I saw a real ghost/apparition whatever you want to call it. Now either... its a natural being just like ants and cats and birds OR its what happens to you after death. It scared the poo out of me at the time. But it left me with one belief.. that there is something out there other than what is normally considered to be a living breathing animal/human.

God is a God of the law. Break the law and go to hell, even once.
Only by believing in Christ as the one who paid the price for you sins can you avoid hell.

Hell is a place where those who do not know Christ, or have rejected Christ are.
Those in hell have not been judged. They are just not able to stand before the Lord.
But they may be put to death.

There is a chance, not a good one but for many a chance that in the 2nd resurrection they can be saved.
If not they will be judged and if found wanting put to death.

What does the Bible teach concerning this, since the Holy Scriptures are the sole rule of faith and practise?

Christ declared more about Hell than about heaven. Very often the thought arises with men, if God is love why is there a Hell? What men forget is that, Hell and the everlasting torment that exists there, is to satisfy the divine everlasting Justice of God.
In any examination of the Doctrine of Hell, we must consider the Law of God. By this we mean the TEN COMMANDMENTS, which is the summarised form of the whole law of God.
Let us go through it logically..
God who gave the Law is Holy, therefore the Law is perfectly Holy, see Romans Ch7v12..
The Law is then the perfect revelation of Who God is, when we look at the 1OC we see a picture of what God's nature is, absolutely Holy!!!!
We now come to the next part.

Since the Law of God is holy, and reflects God's impeccable character, any transgression of that law or violation of it, is a violation of the character of God...! That is how serious sin is!!!
This transgreession or sin against the Holy Law brings down on the transgressor the penalty of the law which is death...
A reading of the Gospels will show that Christ by His death satisfied the law of God for all those who trust in Him, outside of Christ there is no satisfaction of the Law, but the full fury of the wrath of the broken law!!!!
Salvation then only comes through Christ!!!
This message is not popular, because men know themselves to be law-breakers. The simple test is, ask yourselve, why is it wrong for me to commit adultery, why does my conscience tell me it is wrong to murder? The simple answer! God has placed the law of God on your heart Romans Ch2v15... and it shows us all to be offenders of God...
Hope this helps...

Yes there is life after death, there is also life before birth, the first point of understanding is that, you are not the material body, you are a spirit soul temporarily shrouded by a material body.

As spirit souls, we are part and parcel of a Supreme soul or God, each of us have a personal interactive loving relationship with the Supreme, due to mis-use of free will, we are temporarily existing in the material realm, because of our desire to exist separately from the spiritual realm.(Real love is unconditional)

Unless we re-establish the original relationship with the Supreme, we will remain in a hellish condition, because it is an un-natural position, a good analogy is that of a mother and child, the child if taken away from the original source, namely the mother, will never be happy, regardless of the external comfort that the child may receive, but when the child is returned to the lap of the mother, then there is instantaneous joy and satisfaction, our relationship with God is like that.

The reason there is a hell is because there are non believers, God forgives sins when you ask him into your heart and ask him to forgive your sins. Non believers will not do this so there for they will go to hell.
When you die your body is burried or cremated, and your spirit/soul goes to heaven to be with God.

I believe from my studies, but who can really know till there dead unless they find faith in this life. That when we die we can either become earth bound spirit which is clinging to physical reality because of fear (ghosts) or staying here because of an addiction to maybe alcohol or drugs which then becomes a living hell in our after life . If we are a aware on death we can transcend this stage of being earth bound we become free thought floating either in the atmosphere or in space .Our thoughts are of the utmost important and we can be with loved ones at a seconds thought or create our ideal houses valleys and cities. When we cross we are engulfed with pure love unconditional and ecstatic,we choose to accept that love (god) or we don't and become in tombed in a form of repetitive hell reliving thoughts and feelings and experiencing desires . In heaven thoughts are energy and can create and we become mini gods .While i don't believe the human mind is capable of understanding god all that he is all he has created,we do become closer to the knowledge when we pass but only if we study and prepare in physical reality do we get to be on higher levels of understanding than some . No one will ever understand everything. This information Ive gleaned from cross referencing different sources and is only my beleif and im entitled to it.

Firstly, hell is translated from the Hebrew and Greek words Sheol and Hades. It means gravedom. It refers to just being dead. Secondly, God doesn't forgive ALL sins. There is one he states in his word that is unforgivable. And thirdly, why is everyone so interested in going to heaven when the truth is that paradise will be here on the earth?

we live and we die there is no after life. If we all went somewhere else does that include animals pests trees etc etc no of course not, why send an ant or a tulip to heaven???? Theres is no point to... Afterlife was made up to make people less afraid of dying. We dont know when were going to die and that is why were not afraid of it till we know its going to happen. thats my theory anyway

This is not the place to state religious beliefs, although many do. Most of the time, one gets laughed at , criticized or degraded for stating those beliefs. So think what you want.......
