Unbelievers and those who reject God's word and continue sin against Him on a daily basis will go to Hell.

you cannot be forgiven if sin and never repent. Catholic ideaology is do as thou wish just be sure to be moderate in whatever it is. Hell is not onnly for sinners unrepented and baptized(full immersion) it is for the one's that teach false doctrines made by men and false teachers such as most denominational teachers on TV and in little so called "churches" all over America "church" is not a place its the people that are baptized into Christ for the forgiveness of sins that live for Him that day forward. Hell is not a place where God send the bad they send themselves there not using good descretion as to what to believe they rather hear a preacher mummble for hours about some apoalyptical sci fi fantasy than read the bible and study jewish and roman history and see that most of revelation is for the people during the time it was written. The end will come but the only thing that will happen is Christ will return. Its that simple no second chances no 7 year tribulation man made garbage just Him in full glory to get His bride the Church. I hope this helps and please stay away from denominations they are dangerous to you salvation it does matter where you go to be the church and what they teach!!!! God Bless good luck on your path my friend

do you know the parabel of the rich farmer? there was a farmer who had a filed and a man came and asked if he could work for him one morning. so he aid "sure, and i'll give you $1000." so he started to work. then another man came, around lunch time and said "can i work on your field?" and the farmer said "sure, I'll give you $1000" and a third man came in the evening and asked for a job, and still the same amount was give,
obviously, this is a paraphrased versin of the parable in matthew 20. But the point is, forgiveness is given freely, regardless of what you think is fair. So yes, Jesus' death may seem like an easy out for murderers rapists, etc, but God says "all have sinned an fall short of the glory of God" basically, sin is sin
BTW, he also says that our righteousness "is as filthy rags" (or menstural rags as the original says) So it's not what we do that gets us a place in heaven, it's just depends on whether we accept jesus or not.
and remember, "there is more rejoicing over one sinner who repents then over a thousand people who do not need to repent."

Well, there's the whole penance thing. When you profess your sins and ask to be forgiven, you are doing it whole heartedly. You have to profess and believe that what you did was wrong and that you are never going to do it again. You believe, by professing your sins, that you have turned against God and that you want to come back. God will forgive you if you ask to be forgiven because of His love for you. But sin again and again and not be truly sorry for your sins and God will turn against you! The people who have done right their whole lives (are there any?)---God loves them exactly the same as everyone else.

Everyone sins. God knew that when he sent his son Jesus to save us and give us a chance to still go to heaven even after we sin. He gave us the chance to be forgiven. But we also have to have a relationship with Jesus and live for him. Reading the bible is a good place to start. The bible actually says that having the Word (the Bible), in our hearts so God can direct our path. So, reading the Bible is a big part of a great relationship with God. Prayer is great too. God can hear billions of people at once praying. He's your friend, so you can talk to him like he's one of your close buddies. You don't have to have some fancy prayer with big words. If you read the bible you can learn how to have a relationship with God and get to heaven. Good Luck!

Personally, religion is something that is such a personal thing, it can only relate to one person in a certain way (does that make sense?) For example- I view religion differently than you so I will be effected by it differently. I plan to live my life a certain way, but I do not include religion as a major part of it. Heaven and Hell are figurative terms that give those who have pasted family's a false sense of closure. Humans are to fragile to live the rest of their lives knowing that their loved one is rotting away in the ground, not being taken up or down

easy through my eyes to reply!!! those whom have done wright most their lives keep doing what you do best without bad deeds. It is part of the human nature to wonder what the world can bring about. mainly help those that think they don't need it. You know everyone does wrong even a tiny lie. Don't think about the fairs and the unfair. God is not a subject he is our father. Try not to get too far from your faith on asking your self these questions and don't let others takes your faith away- cause that right there is unfair. Be strong look forward for a better day and try to think how to help others and they will also learn to help them selves and others too Sweetie .

No one has done right their whole lives. The Bible says that the greatest works of man are but "dirty rags" to God. The reason most don't accept this is because they do not believe it-- they believe they have to earn their way into heaven, and that their good works actually have meaning before an omnipotent God.

Most will not submit themselves to asking for forgiveness..... Just listen to the people in this forum and you will understand.
How can you ask for forgiveness from a God you don't believe in.
By the way, God doesn't send anyone to hell...they send themselves.
And they are not His children, His children will be in Heaven. The ones in hell are the children of Satan.

Some people don't believe in Heaven, Hell, God or Jesus so there for, if there is such a thing, they would go to Hell because they never asked for forgiveness while on earth.
***Hell, I do it "just incase" ya know dude. Would hate to get my pants caught around my ankles..LOL.***

I don't quite understand your question, so please don't get mad at what I put. If you ask our Heavenly Father for forgiveness, he will forgive you, but you can't keep doing the same thing over and over, eventually, he'll turn a deaf ear to you. I truly believe that some people don't believe in God, to ask for forgiveness, that's why God, gives you free will, he won't force you to believe in him, you have to want to believe in him yourself. In response to the last part of your question, it is impossible, for anybody to do right, their whole lives, we are going to make mistakes, we are not perfect, but if you know the difference between right and wrong, that's when you will be accountable, for what you do, by the Lord Jesus Christ. God wants us to ask for forgiveness, in Jesus's name.
