Don't listen to those girls above me bro! The minute you confess your love she will feel weirded out and avoid you like the plague. Just ask her out, take it slow. You only confess your love to ones that you feel probably love you back. The rose idea is good, but whatever you do take it slow. Trust me.

dude not ur love not yet wait show her that u like her flirt, talk , give her your time and after there's comfort tell her that she's what you want and wait on her and if you have to keep remindin her that there's a place for her in your heart and if she with someone don't try to break them up just let your charm do the work
