As previously mentioned, it depends. There are several possibilities:
1-10 days Minimal use, smoking only a few times a month
11-21 days Light use, 3 or four times a week
22-40 days Regular use (Most people find about 30 day average)
41-60 days Chronic use
However, I have seen cases where it was detected after 6 months! Since it is stored in fat cells, physical activity will cause the THC to release into the system again. Very rare, but I've seen it happen.
FYI, you have THC in your system no matter what you do. Your body naturally produces it. Most tests put the cut-off at about 50ppm, but some very strict ones change that to 15ppm. HTH

First off, it depends on what kind of drug test it is. If it's a hair test then it could be traceable for months and months. Think of the hair test like a stamp. Whenever you use a drug it gets recorded and will only disappear once that section of the hair gets cut off.
If it's a UA (urine analysis) the average is about a month. But there are certain factors that can be involved to change this time frame to be shorter or longer. How much body fat you have and how heavily you smoked can make it longer. How much you have sweated and how much water you have drank can speed up the rate of a clean system.

marijuana is fat soluble so it's stored in your body fat. One puff of a joint can stay in your system for a week and if you're a chronic marijuana smoker it can stay in your system for a month. However, cocaine and most of the other harder drugs are water soluble, they are completely out of your system within 3 days after using.

If you get a hair test--where they cut some of your hair to test it for marijuana--traces of THC stay in your hair for years and years...like, 7, I think.
A UA--I don't know.

In trouble.. eh? lol I think it depends on how much and how often you smoked it. A month would be my guess. But, if ur going for testing ...why bother? ;O)
