we would like to have a classification of blood group in animals Goat, Sheep, Cow,Veal, Pig & birds like Chicken, Duck, Turkey most commonly eaten & which?of these has the lowest source of cholesterol other than veal

turkey. Especially wild. I have no clue on blood type.

As I know, dogs have 4 blood types; cats have 11; cows have about 800 !!
