Good care, good quality food and lots of interaction and play with the humans in its life will make for a very bright cat!

My brother cats, Fred and Buck had lots and lots of interaction from the day we brought them home at nine weeks of age. They are very talkative and interactive - they initiate play using their favorite toys.

Fred will drop his favorite toy at my feet and then reach up and tap my forearm to let me know he wants to play. Buck does the same thing with crumpled paper balls. Only he meows loudly to get my attention.

We feed them premium cat food and they are also indoor only kitties. They are very healthy and very active.

Cats are the best. They are cleverer than dogs and much more discerning about whom they choose to like and honor with their presence!
