I don't know Christy Elliott, but here's his fight record from BoxRec:

If you're interested in amusing promotional (Duva) stories, here's one:
"I booked an Irish fighter named Christy Elliott against a garbage man from Camden who had been fighting prelim bouts. But to hype the gate, I promoted the guy as Prince Nikita Tarhocker. This was when they were saying, 'Black is beautiful.' And Zaire was popular because Ali beat Foreman over there. So I billed the Prince as being from Zaire."

"I had them put cold cream on Nikita's face and the guy from the commission goes nuts. Wants him to wipe it off. I tell him, 'He can't. That would be sacrilegious.' I had Elliott led in by guys wearing kilts and playing bagpipes. Then came the Prince, led by his sister, who got $50 to dance into the ring, and his brother, who got another $50 to bang away on bongo drums. When everybody was finally in the ring, I had them play some music--to this day I couldn't say what it was--that we announced as the national anthem of Zaire."

One of the guys he fought, "Irish" Bobby Cassidy is a writer for TheSweetScience.com so you might try contacting him directly:

Or you could try contacting Cassidy's son who also writes for them:

Was a good friend for many years in Nj. A good heart. At the end Lou Duva treated him like crap. Would book him into bad matches at Totowa Ice World and other off the beaten track places just to make a buck off him. He was a great talent but alcohol and drugs got the better of him. Then an involuntaty manslaughter charge and a short prison stint. If someone else had managed him it would have turned out differently for him. Wish it had.

i haven't found any really good sites on boxers. it was easier to go to the book store and read up on them. online sites can sometimes be "opinion" based, rather than fact-based. also, your local pet store will probably have a few magazines or books related to boxers. they are VERY energetic dogs - don't expect a lazy dog. they need a lot of excersize - so be prepared. they are also very sweet and love to play. good luck!
