Yes you can and no it should not be expensive as there is not much to do and the process should not last long either. If it can make you feel better ... just do it and enjoy your new smile!

Well you have two main options -- you can get them 'bonded' which requires them to put small fillings on the teeth to make it appear that there isn't a space anymore. It's a VERY easy procedure that you probably wouldn't even need anesthesia for, and probably the least expensive.

Your other option would be to fix it orthodontically. I don't know if you have any other orthodontic concerns in your moth, but you may be able to find a dentist in your area who offers the clear braces, called Invisalign.

If all you want to fix is those two teeth on the bottom, Invisalign has started offering something called 'Invisalign Express', in which if you are able to finish your treatment with 10 aligners or less then it will only cost you $1000. (It's usually $4000 for top and bottom done with more than 10 aligners)

Invisalign (clear braces) work by a series of 'aligners' that move your teeth about a quarter of a millimeter with each new set. You wear each aligner for two weeks, all day ever day except to brush, floss, and eat.

To learn more about invisalign you can visit their website: http://www.invisalign.com!

Hope that helps!

Blessings and Light!

You can get it filled through a process called 'laminating.' The dentist adds very thin layers of a coating that matches your teeth until the gap is closed to your satisfaction. Most dentists won't laugh at the chance to make some money. I don't know the cost, but it can't cost anything to ask. Good luck.

You can get veneers, where they glue porcelein plates that are a bit wider than your teeth ontop of your teeth to make your teeth fill that space. You can also use a retainer or a clear braces-type thing, depending on what an orthadontist reccommends.

Veneers are quite costly, I think it might even cost a thousand per tooth for really high quality ones, but lesser ones are probably cheaper; braces always run north of 3,000 dollars if you get them done professionally by someone who won't ruin your smile, and retainers and other methods are a bit cheaper.

Ask your dentist what your options might be. On Top Model (re-run last night) they "fixed" a gap by just putting caps on the two front teeth that were slightly wider than her real teeth. They made it look pretty simple.

It doesn't matter if no one else on the planet notices -- if it bothers you and you can afford it, you should get it done!

Good luck.

yes you can get it filled. i've seen them do it on tv before. i don't know what it will cost though but don't be shy. doctors hear lots of weird things from their patients and this isn't one of them.

Sounds more you'll want braces. If your teeth aren't all crooked, you won't be wearing them long, but it is not cheap. And insurance won't cover it. It's concidered "cosmetic".
