It's a possibility that the baby could change positions and if not they try to rotate the baby while he's in the stomach to get it to move but if they can't then you'll need a C-Section.Good Luck.Either way you'll have a beautiful baby at the end.

There is plenty of time for the baby to turn at this point. I don't think breech affects growth or weight at all. There are some people who believe that you can use light and massage to get the baby to turn. If you email me I can give you more details on that.
I tried to email you but got a message that your email has not been confirmed. The technique is called ECV (External Cephalic Version). It is typically done in the hospital during early labor. They monitor with an ultrasound while using their hands on the outside of the abdomen to guide the fetus into a turn. Sometimes light is also used, as fetuses will either seek or avoid the light.
Please don't worry, being breech will not harm your baby. You may need a C-section, but C's are no big deal these days. Worrying is more likely to have negative effects on you and the fetus than the breech is.
Good luck and God bless.

The baby will not be affected at all. It will still be a healthy size and weight. It can still change position right up until minutes before delivery. I was a breech baby until about 1/2 hour before I came out and I was a healthy 7 pounds 6 oz. The doctor did not need to turn me, although it can be done.

Being breech will not affect the growth or your baby at all..The baby can still turn around up even until the very last minute. Just don't worry. The doctor well try to turn it around if it dont turn and still it can be born breech.. The doctor just has to make sure the cord is not in the wrong place, as the baby is coming out...Just let him or her do what they have to do.. you just have a great baby.. GOOD LUCK !!

It will not affect the weight, size or health of the baby. It may turn around on its own, or you can ask your doctor if it would be okay to try a "version" -- your doctor or another trained health care professional can gently but firmly manipulate your abdomen to try to get the baby to turn. This sometimes works but not always; it can also work and then the baby can turn back. I know a c-section doesn't sound like fun (which they often do for breech babies that don't turn), but soon you'll have your little one in your arms and this breech hassle will be over! Good luck!

my daughter found out that her baby was breech at about the same term in her pregnancy and some doctor tried to get her to come in and have the baby turned and also urged her to keep working on her self to turn it more at home. I dont know what your health care situation is but doctors will actually have you try this method as a suggested alternative to not have a c-section. It's all about saving the insurance company money. Don't do it!! It presents many risks. Leave well enough alone and insist on the C-section. It is less trauma to mother and baby.

If I remember correctly, the baby should turn itself around the 36th week or so. If it is still breech by then and the doctor is concerned about it, he may try to manually turn it. It doesn't have any effect on the size or weight of the baby.

I don't believe that effects anything. Breech just means that your baby has not turned yet for delivery.
You may need a C-Section. Unless the baby turns (which has been known to happen a day before delivery).

Your doctor should check again at about 37weeks and if baby is still breech he may try an external version. Here is a website with some different at home techniques to get baby to turn http://www.beautiful-births.com/content/resources/breech.html

The position of the baby will not affect the growth rate. It is possible that the baby will turn by himself/herself. Ask your doctor if there's anything he/she would like you to do to help your baby turn. Some doctors recommend swimming....
