there is a phrase for that, it's called Statutory Rape. You are not old enough to be pregnant by a 17 yo, and as he is now forcing you, that is regular rape as well.
It is against the law. Raping you is also endangering your unborn child, and can bring about an assault charge on him.
The system is there for people to use. Make it work for you.

You need to report him to the police. He sounds like the type who will stalk you and keep telling you he'll be different, but he just won't until he gets some serious help! Maybe being sentenced for abusing you will force him into an anger management program. Seriously, get away from him, he's not just hurting you, but the baby inside you too whom you love much more than this jerk.

why are you with him?? Im not gonna sit here and knock you for being pregnat at 14 because what your boyfriend is doing to you is more serious not only is he hurting you he is putting your unborne in danger. Leave him now and get a restraining order on him and us your family as your support system to help with the baby.. I was in the same boat you were when I was 21 pregnant with my son ... I didnt feel like having sex with my partner and he would literaly take it without my consent and hit me while he did it and I was pregnant... Im telling you little one get out before it gets worse..you and baby dont deserve it

Please don't stay with anybody who forces you to have sex.
He is not worthy to be a father, and you would be better off trying to take care of the baby alone... or perhaps finding some very nice couple to adopt your baby.
You are still a child and your baby deserves a better life than what you could give him with this man as his father.
At your age, you need to focus on something besides motherhood and abusive men.

yeah you're also 13 with a 15 year old bf and obsessed with porn, and 12 and pregnant with a 17 year old father who doesn't know, and 14 with an 18 year old father who doesn't know, and you've been smoking your whole entire life. all within the past 5 hours. get a life and stop making fun of teen pregnancy and abuse. both are very serious subjects. get over yourself. and i hope evryone else sees your other questions and realizes what a fake you are. grow up.

no man should EVER force a woman to have sex...whether she's prego or not.....in your case, get help quick, if he's hurting you, its a possibility he's hurting the baby. Go to a trusted adult or call the police. if he's forcing you to have sex, this is RAPE, it doesnt matter if he's your boyfriend or not. I wish you the best of luck, and keep that baby safe!!!!!!

If he is forcing you to have sex, that is rape, no matter if he is your boyfriend or your baby's daddy. You need to get away and contact the authorities. Go to someone that you trust, I am sure they will be more than willing to help you out. I wish you the best of luck!

He sounds like a real jackass. Doesn't seem like he's also aware that if the baby dies from abusing you that he will get charged with murder in the 1st degree and could be facing a death penalty depending on which state you live in.
And seeing as how girls your age often have miscarriages it would be a SERIOUSLY good idea for him to quit laying hands on you.
