Muscle building excercises for the thighs & glutes. If you go to a gym use the machines they have there, if you work out from home do alot of squats & lunges with weights, either hand weights or a weight bar. You may not gain alot of weight, but eventually you will build up your thighs and hopefully achieve the look you want.

Its hard especially if its not in your genes to have big thighs. The only way you can make them bigger is by adding muscles. So my suggestion is the you have to workout. So if you hate to exercise, you better start loving it. My suggestion is that you go on a high protein diet. Meaning almost 60% of you meal should be made up of protein. Then its time for the squats, lounges, dead-lift and cliquey squats.

It's decided by your heredity where you gain wieght. You can't choose that unless you go for liposuction or reconstructive surgery.
