Don't do it! You only burn 150 calories at the most. Do a real gym where there is a trainer who can show you how to use equipment and help you more with your goals...you aren't a lab rat at a real gym!

I am a member (and I'm not obese) and I don't really like it. I haven't gone in over a month. Some of the other women in the gym are quite large and the equipment isn't wiped down between each person due to the fast paced nature of circuit training. Being in other people's sweat skeeves me out. Also, the one that I go to usually plays crappy music which make the 30 minute workout drag on.

I go to Curves and I love it, it is working for me. I have lost 23 lbs and 28 inches in 3 months. I went down 2 pants sizes already.

I love it. I moved to a new town and started going to the Curves there, I've met alot of people there, now, when I go to the store, bank, po, etc. I see someone I know, it's nice.
I've lost weight and a couple of sizes.
