Does Anyone Know How To Make The " Spiced Rice" From Habaneros Restaurant?

Don't know about Habeneros Restaurant but try this:

Heat some oil in a large saucepan and saute about 1/2 cup chopped onions, a couple of chopped fresh jalpenos and a diced and seeded tomato. Add your rice to this and cook until the rice seems dry. Add your liquid, chicken broth is a good one, bring to a boil, cover the pan, and turn down the heat to a simmer. cook for about 15-20 minutes until all the moisture is abosorbed and then add some chopped cilantro.
