u dont u just let them go through their mood and dont bother them and let them calm down and then they will be all better just leave them alone if there moody because if u dont then ur just gonna be in a mess and its not gonna be pretty

Patience. We know we're awful, trust me. Talk to her when she's in a good mood and things are neutral. Try not to attack her or place blame, and tell her how you feel when she's being moody. Ask her for suggestions on how you can better 'handle her' when she gets like that as to not escalate the situation. If you have a mature girlfriend, she'll appreciate this type of conversation.

WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE GIRLFREINDS THAT RE MOODY? THE WAYS THAT GIRLS WILL NOT BE MOODY ARE MAKE SURE THAT YOU LISTEN TO THEM AND DO NOT PUT THEM DOWN JUST TO MAKE YOUR SELF FEEL BETTER. BE THERE AND MAKE HER HAPPY THAT SHOULD DO THE TRICK.
