How do you remove things you downloaded through realplayer. under FILE at the top it remembers iwant it GONE?

you click on start and go to realplayer. then you go to the top and click FILE it shows everthing youve downloaded and if you click on it plays the download. but it shows that it is not in my library. I try to remove it but i dont know how. it takes up space and wont go away HOW DO I REMOVE IT FROM UNDER FILE .

I think it is under Tools > Options or Preferences. But I can't tell for sure because it keeps crashing. Somewhere in there should be an option for showing your history or deleting it. My want to check the Help.

Also, as you view more files the older ones will drop off.
