I once met a girl who couldn't talk, couldn't move, and couldn't feed or dress herself. I guess she was about 27. I was serving as a missionary in Puerto Rico for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and when I entered her room with her mother and another missionary, she turned to smile so brightly at us and tried so hard to tell her mother something, even though we hadn't said who we were or why we were there. But guess what ? She must have felt something.before she had even seen us, because she could hardly turn her head to see. So you look for people who have the right Spirit and you will start to feel something. I'd like to meet her at the Resurrection and see what happens when she is allowed to finally talk for real. You don't need to be able to read a book to recognize truth, but after all, if you couldn't be with your children every day face to face while they were at school, you would want them to have a way to learn about you. Have a happy day.
P.S. I took a comparative world religions class in college and still felt convinced I was where I need to be. I don't mind studying other religions again to see where people are coming from, but lately it is enough work to read what I need to read. Thanks.

I believe the Jehovah the triune God. I believe in the Holy bible compiles with the First 5 books which some religions called the Torah and the rest of books of the Old Testament and New Testament. I don't quote unless I want to not because you don't want it. I like to back up what I believe. Jesus is The Word Of God this one of reasons why I know it is correct and another reason is Relationship. I don't go around telling anyone to believe and I let my light shine and Jesus does the rest! If bible is like confusing to you than you must not read it because only those who have faith can understand it.

a million. each thing ought to have a reason (different than one element) Straw guy fallacy... each thing that had a beginning up ought to have a reason... the main suitable info and medical consensus is the actual universe had a beginning up and consequently ought to have a reason.. The null hypothesis asserts the adverse is genuine absent info for the valuable. The adverse assertion is the reason for the universe did no longer ought to have a beginning up. are you able to recent any info that the reason had to have a beginning up? 2. The Complexity of God and the Simplicity of the organic regulations: yet yet another straw guy. The writer want have purely 2 properties to have created the universe. a million. expertise, 2 Will those are the only 2 issues that are mandatory to offer count from non-count. the two expertise and could are immaterial features - no cloth areas that all of us be responsive to of, and so ought to be quite elementary. surely each and all the arguments provided are the two straw guy arguments, complicated questions or examples of equivocation... i could say your first step ought to be to acquire an precise representation of what theists have self assurance extremely than in basic terms making up Straw guy arguments.

Because our religion stems from that all-important book. Also there are many historical landmarks still found today, mentioned in the Bible. Noah's ark was found on top of Mount Ararat, seashells have been found on top of Mount everest. The cross that Jesus was crucified on, the tomb he was buried in. There are people living today who had ancestors who saw Jesus, and the stories were passed down to them.

well, for me, I have seen God do many miracles. I'm not talking like small miracles like "oh I found my keys!" But like popel being healed of cancer, AIDS, being raised form the dead, the blind seeing, the lame walking, all tha kind of stuff (i'm a missionary) And I know it's the God of the bible doing it, because that's the one I pray to, and from who's word I stand on. So when I see someone who is sick and I say "God's word says you are healed, so be healed in Jesus' name" and they are healed, I know from where the healing has come from.

"which book is correct? do not quote any books"
there are so many adjectives available to describe you I hardly know where to begin....

What the hell are you talking about...? Can you even form a complete sentence? For a professor, you're pretty stupid.
