Look to other family members to about how tall you might get. Most times height is around the same or only slightly different. You are still young enough to hit another growth spurt and get those desired inches!
Smiles.. but even if you dont, it okay, being 5ft tall can be good! That's my height and the only disadvantage is reaching things in high places!
Love yourself for yourself!

Average adult American female: 5'4", approx. 155 lbs. Think I read that on some "health questions answered" website. You're young still, the height might show up, it might not. The weight you will eventually gain as your body continues to mature. Although for 5ft to 5'4" inches weighing no more than 130 lbs is healthiest according to the body mass index.

I evaluate this is tremendously no longer likely which you will look better marvelous if youin case you drop 18 pounds. I evaluate what you additionally can desire to ascertain out instead of agressively dropping weight is firming. you're saying you're already workout, that's actually, look after on a comfortable cardio corporation so as that it will tone your legs and butt merely like the eliptical or a stairs computing device, additionally inspect crunches to corporation your abdomen and easy-weight-weight weights to tone your palms. additionally, shop in ideas that corporation is maximum suitable a million/2 the conflict, the choice section is ingesting solid. there isn't any magic shake or atkins recipe so as that it will make you shed better pounds, instead you will would desire to shrink out all sugar and fat out of your diet and consume better vegetables!

At your age, you seem quite within normal limits to me. You should grow some more, but I am only 5'4" and my 16 year old son will never be over 5'1". Your genetic have dictated how tall you will be. Just be the best at who you are.
