Call your Child Protective Agency and report her. If you know for sure she is using...you need to be firm and active for the sake of your child. If the mom is a junkie you need to seek custody of the child.

THis is an issue for the family court to establish custody. If she is truly a junkie and this CAN be proven, the court may award you custody and grant her reasonable rights of visitation. She sounds unfit to mother any child.

One of the very worst things to do is to take a child from the mother, but if she's a junkie, then you need to. You have to protect your child from the neglect and the danger of her ingesting drugs, and dangerous people. I hope you don't use drugs. You need to go through the child protective services as there is a limit to what the police can do. Or hire a lawyer. Please, please tell me you don't use drugs, too. Your daughter is living in a world where she won't have any idea what normal is. It WILL affect her. This is as hard to do as it sounds. But be relentless.

Im sorry but its going to take alot for a court to let a man get a small child. You have to find the childs mother unfit that means you have to hire a lawyer put out money for a secret service to show shes unfit. Its going to cost alot of money. If I was you I would pay child support. If you where not married to the woman and you dont have your name on the birth certificate you dont have rights to see the child. If you do your going to have to pay child support. So be nice to this woman and dont cause any trouble because she could hold it against you. Plus you dont want your 6 year old holding it out on you that you dislike her mother.

First of all, I feel sorry for your child. Substance abuse and children dont mix. Contact your local court house and investigate what you can do. As far as I know, you have to show proof, or give a great testimony to the judge. You can say that since she abuse's substance's, it can create a dangerous environment for you child. You dont want that for your child and YOU have to prove that you can provide a safe environment for the child. You can also call the cops immediately and have them remove the child RIGHT NOW! Let them know that you need assisstance to remove your child from the home that is possibly drug infested!

File an abuse and neglect complaint with child protection, and you might get her full time. Do you have visitation rights, if yes . go to court and let them know she is violating your right to see your daughter. If not go to court and request visitation, also tell them of her drug problem and they will make her take random drug tests, that will ether stop the drug use or she will loose custody

Go to court and get some parental rights.The sooner the better. Many good lawyers out there. Still keep trying to see your daughter. She will thank you for that when she is older.

You need to call Cps and then file for an ex-parte hearing at your courthouse. They have classes and everything on how to fill out the court documents. Good Luck.

you had better call child protective services if she is a true junkie and get custody. legal services offers custody services that go off of your income. contact your local office.
