It's Quiche- and easy to make....
I use pre-made pie crust that you roll out into a pie plate.
Cook 1/2 lb bacon, drain and crumble into bottom of pie plate with the crust.
Sprinkle with 1 8oz pkg. Swiss cheese (cheddar ok too)
In a separate bowl mix 6 eggs with a whisk. Add 1 1/2 cups of cream. Salt and pepper. Pour over bacon and cheese.
Bake for 30-50min at 350 degrees Until golden brown and it's "puffed up". Remove and cool 30 min. ENJOY,
You can add different things to the Quiche before baking for added flavor like: cooked and drained spinach, broccoli, crab meat, etc. Be creative. and Have fun.

It's spelled quiche. There are a lot of recipes out there but it's mainly eggs, milk or cream, and cheese mixed together with seasonings and other fillings (ham and broccoli are traditional) and poured into a pie shell and baked.
Try doing a search for it with the correct spelling, and bon appetit!

Its basically a savory egg custard, so you need heavy cream and 4-6 eggs, and 2 cups of the cheese of your choice grated and then baked in a pie shell. You can add ham, spinach, onions, bacon, whatever you like for flavor. YUM. Its spelled quiche.

I say go to the frozen section in your local grocery and buy some. Take it home, place it in the oven and follow the directions on the box.
