Sure, there are plenty of pros that shoot 39 megapixel digital.
First, Hasselblad makes a 39-megapixel digital SLR, the H2D-39. It's available here:

Next, Phase One makes a 39-megapixel digital back that can be used with medium format or 4x5 large format camera systems: the P45. Here's Phase One's website:

Leaf also makes a range of high-megapixel digital backs (16-bit!) that can be used with medium format and 4x5 cameras.

Not sure what your question is, but there is a 39 MP back available for Hasselblad medium format cameras.
