Good... in moderation.
If a girl is ALWAYS showing off her boobs and cleavage, we have no reason to respect her.

We love it unless of course the boobs are well lets say unlpeasing to the eye.

I like them, as long as they aren't huge, anything over a C-cup, is wasted flesh.
It also has to fit the gals body, be in porportion.
Also not too sluttish, just that little bit of tease, that makes you want to see more. Imagination, is a wonderful thing.
