You mean shivering? You body loses heat (calories) or not get enough heat, that is why you shiver. That is why some people shiver after urinating. Eat more chocolate or drink more warm water helps.

I get them a lot. Yesterday, I had them like crazy at the store. I was also getting hot flashes; menopause at 18, lol. I don't know why the body does it.

It happens to me, mine is due to low blood pressure. But it can have many causes.

They say it's from someone walking over your grave...creepy. I get it too. But then again, I get it when I hear REALLY GOOD music, too.
