In China we have the death penalty and supposedly the highest execution record in the world (about 2,000 a year)...Being a foreigner will not help much as with international agreements, you are punished by the authorities where the felony was committed.

Depends on if it was self defence or not, who you killed, why you killed them etc.

Your probably looking at 25 years in a Chinese labour camp, execution if your lucky.

You would be subject to their laws. You might get some assistance from the U.S. government, but not much more than that.
