Looks like a norwich terier or a norfolk terrier. Looks pure bred to me.

It looks like a larger breed dog, so I would lean toward Otterhound or Spinone Italiano. Or a mutt mix like Benji. I would rule out the Irish Terrier because of size. The feet on this puppy already look to be larger than a full grown Irish. Being wide and well padded. Not to mention the amount of wired fur on the face.
27 pounds for an Irish terrier is the max in show weight. The height at the shoulder is about18 inches. Its a relitively small to medium dog.

I'm weighing in with the border terrier votes. I've seen them at dog shows; they're one of the breeds I like. Here's a link to a couple of pictures:

Its a rare Dutch Flying Terrier! They were thought to be extinct but one was caught in a fishing net 12yrs ago.

I believe that is a "puggle" a new craze sweeping the nation.
Basically it is a mutt...pug/beagle

Could be some kind of terrier though

It's a cute one!!! LOL!!! What a great picture.
It looks like a brussles griffon or a puggle. (cross between pug and beagle).
It will be easier to tell when he is fully grown. All puppies change so much it is hard to tell.
