Do you think it is ok for a 13 year old girl to have an 11:00 pm curfew during the summer? If not what is an appropriate time?

I think that is MUCH too late, unless you know she is indoors at a trusted friend or family member's home with people you can trust. To just be roaming about the neighborhood, I'd say indoors before dark. Just trying to prevent early pregnancy or bad consequences for her from too much freedom and possible temptation.

I believe parents/guardians should decide on how mature the 13 year old is. Growing up I always found the more mature I was the later I could stay out. 11 pm is a good time for a 13 year old during the summer, but if the 13 year old is quite mature 11:30 would be acceptable.

Try 10... My curfew was 11 when I was 16 - 17! I just ended up sneaking out anyways. I think it depends what she's doing. If she's actually at someone's house, or a movie or something, then 11 is good, but don't let her just wander around like a hooligan.

That sounds a little late for a 13 year to be out. It might depend on who she's with...and if another parent is with her/them.

we always went by, when the street lights came on, but it depends if shes out running the streets it should be street lights, but if shes like at her friends house, 11 pm is fine, as long as some one brings her home

Depends on where you are and what you are doing, but it seems good to me, but only for the summer

If she's responsible enough, I don't see anything much wrong with it.
