Everyone has breasts, just girls' breasts stick out more. But girls have to cover them up, I think that is wrong.

As a 16yo girl, I luv swimming topless in my pool, even with my guy friends, but the idea of going out in public topless does not appeal to me. I am not afraid to let guys I know and trust see my boobs but in public I would be scared of wierdoes gawking at me. Also, how old would a girl need to be to go topless. Do we as a society really want 12yo girls showing off their barely there boobs?

Up here in Canada in the province of Ontario.It is quite legal for a woman to bear her breasts in public.It used to be a thing to see on the beech topless female bathers along the shore in summer.Before it was legal.However now it is legal here. You hardly ever see them at all. I guess all the fun is gone out of it knowing you can't get in trouble by the police.Have a good day!! WILLIEGOGO:

I do too. It's a shame that women can't go topless. There probably would be more happiness and peace if women all over the world could walk around topless.

I bet the boys would love that - Some husbands out there would get a little jealous when other men oogled thier wives.....it would be chaos actually. I think when boys wise up and get over girls chests then maybe we can, but until then.....
....and honestly - I dont want them to get over it. I like that I have something they like so much - and I also like that I can keep that something for only the person I'm in love with to see.....

If there weren't so many PIGS out there, I'd say go for it! But there are so many perverts, pigs and rapists that something BAD would surely come of it! I don't think nudist places are a good idea, either. Too many pervs and it's not very clean to go around sitting all over naked where everyone else has sat naked too. Gross. Lots of people are pervs at nudist colonies who go to look at everyone. Screw that.

Yes, but they need to be licensed first. Some women should be allowed to expose while others should not be.

That is wrong if you think it is. But many women think that their breast are private and should just not be revealed to just anyone. Its all about how you think.

Hey I'm all for equal rights but I've been around the biker scene and there are such things as ugly boobs. I'm talkin' broken egg, flap jack, wrinkled, swinging... OMG MY EYES! UGLY BOOBIES. So as long as they are still perky ... sure what the hell.

I do to, let those boobies flap about freely, I think girls should not wear shirts while jogging, could you imagine how mellow and happy guys and girls would be? No more fighting...
