Just wondering how Ford 500 owners feel about their car. Does it handle/perform well? Is it comfortable, roomy, etc.?

Got many friends with them, and as long as you get the 6 speed and don't rawhide it, you won't have any problems.... One is a long distance driver and he's almost out of warranty in less than a year and other than normal maintainace he hasn't had any problems.... Another friend bought the first one in our area and just needed the PCM recal and a change of a piece of trim on the dash.. pretty good trouble free cars compared to others.

I had a '63 Ford Galaxy 500 with a 390 engine. It was OK, but my '64 Chrysler 300 convertible with a 383 was better.

I have a Freestyle which is a 500 station wagon/crossover and love it. The CVT transmission is nice and smooth and the Volvo S80 chassis/ suspension is a good comfortable ride.
