Like for instance, she's a corporate lawyer and he's a full-time check out assistant in a supermarket. Would she find it hard to respect such a man? Would any relationship ever occur in the first place of 2 people in different lifestyles? What you think?

I seriously doubt that she'd ever look at him twice. If she did, it would be to ask him what aisle the saltines are on.
The only way this type of relationship would ever have a chance is for them to meet in a location that is on her level, such as a theater, a book store, the coffee shop, and he'd need to look darn professional in his casual attire. And he'd have to show his intelligence and wit as well as his charm and grace. And if he's got all that, what the heck is he doing working as a full time check out assistant in a supermarket?
No. It just won't work. Two different life styles. Two different intellects.

I would think that depends on the woman and what that woman was looking for. It works alot for guys who are the main earner why not women. One problem I could see is difference in tastes. While the lawyer may be able to afford the finer things in life the check out clerk won't. Would that be a potential problem for the lawyer?

Professional people tend to marry within their own social level. Practically speaking, it is inconceivable to me that a corporate attorney would marry a boxboy at the local Pigly Wiggley.

i think it all depends on how she perceives the role of a male.if she grew up with an old fashioned father and mother relationship, then no.if the female doesn't need a man to be a leader to her and she is prepared to take the leading role while he is comfortable with the secondary duties, then, shamefully for him, yes it would work as long as her ambitions were based only on love rather finance

As much as we would like to think those kind of romances could happen, as they do in the movies.
I think it's most unlikely, just too many strikes against them.
Education, life style, money, etc.
It will only happen in fairy tales.
