A very skilled assasin used a high power magnification device to set his book on fire and he burned to death orsomeone got under the car and killed him through the floorboards or someone put a tv on the hood that played every episode of "the view" ever recorded, non stop.

He opened the book and there was ANTRAX in it. Someone had to lock him in the car in the feild. So I guess they put the book there for him to read when he got board in the feild alone.

The empty field used to be a dry grassy field, which was set on fire by an arsonist. The fire caught fire too quickly for him to notice (he was reading his book) and he fried.

The person set the car on fire. Even if the doors are indestructible, when you put fire next to a car that contains gasoline, it's destined to be caught on fire.

either accidentally shooting himself, which wouldn't be suicide, or he was in a convertible that was down, then someone could have shot hime even if the rest of the car was indestructable

The character in the book is the one who died. Or a dumb song on the radio.
