If nobody likes her then it's okay to tell her. I'm sure she will become a better person if you do tell her, because she will want to fit in with you guys. She may cry a little when she firsts hears it, but she'll get over it and then change. Then you won't have to deal with horrible people like her anymore!

Work is work. You are not there for your health. It is not a high school clique. You don't have to like your co-workers - but you do have to be a team player.

Is she disrupting your work or inhibiting the progress of work as a whole? If so you should take the matter up with your supervisor or H.R. with facts and suggestions.

Other than that - do your job and be a good employee. If you do other wise it just might negatively impact you.

After work, hang out with who you want on your own time.

Next time she says/does something annoying, someone should say,"That's exactly why no one likes your azz now and we don't want you here. This office was fine until you came." She'll go around asking other co workers what they think of her and the brutally honest will confirm this opinion that no one likes her. Then maybe she'll change her ways or find another place to work! Hell, I've seen it done before, it worked and no one got fired, the boss wasn't around when it happened, of course.

Whenever she's around, people should talk about the general things that annoy them. Of course make all of those annoying things be problems that people have with her. For example, you could say, "I hate when people say the word "like" as every other word!" She may be more aware of saying "like" if she knows that it annoys people. If she doesn't get the hint, make her work life so miserable that she quits. Ah, the passive aggressive way is always best!!! ENJOY!

If NOBODY likes her I am sure she already knows it. She may be just trying to make it thru her job. You don't really say why nobody likes her so we can't really give you more specifics. Why don't you turn the situation around and get to know her. Maybe she is really not that bad, maybe it is the rest of you.

Probably, she is aware but doesn't know how to deal. If you want to do something for her, you need to approach the problem as if you were in her shoes and you needed to win the favor of co-workers. Then offer her your ear if she wants to talk. Wait for her to approach you for the advice you will have built by then.

Don't be phony to her, but don't come out and tell her nobody likes her. She will notice people aren't friendly toward her or don't get along with her the way they get along with everybody else, and she'll get the hint.

Can you find a way to tell her what bothers you in a non offensive way? Maybe she'd listen if you could say it with kindness.
