well well baby if u wanna lose 20lbs EASY heres what i suggest....
start a STEADY exercise program. If you wanna lose some of your stomache wake up early and do 2 sets of 50 crunches its been proven that in early hours your body metabolizes fat up to 33% more than any other time of the day. just remember the FASTER the pace of the crunch the more fat you will burn
Also in the morning do "stand up squats" at a FAST pace. This is where u squat down to the floor and stand up really fast. this will tone up your upper thigh and butt area in NO time.
For EXCEPTIONAL results do this routine in the morning when your body is metabolizing more and the afternoon after a nice lunch and at night RITE before you go to bed, because thats when your body starts slowing down, and its also been proven that if you work out before you go 2 bed the amino acids in the areas you work out will ACTUALLY continue to burn fat EVEN while your asleep.
Now the thing MOST ppl do is give up, DONT do tht, the key here is a STEADY work out dont even tempt yourself to skip a day, k if u have more questions just call me babyface! lol

Try eating whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean sources of meat, low fat dairy and no junk food or candy. Also, become a bit more active. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk the 2 blocks to the store instead of driving, get up and change the channel on the tv instead of using the remote control - you get the idea
If you cut 500 calories a day in empty food (food that does not give you anything) and added 500 calories worth of exercise per day, you'd lose 2 pounds per week.
Oh, yeah, very very important, don't let your daily intake of calories fall below 1000-1200 per day. Your body will think it is starving and you'll hold onto every last ounce.

Drink lots of water (especially during the summer), eat food low in calories, food high in water content (like fruits). Keep active and you're good to go!
But you said "not happy with your body". Buy some new clothes, sometimes that does the trick. You won't lose 20 but you could look 20 less!

- try to stick to 1000 calorie diet per day
- 8 glasses of water definitely
- very limited carbs and definitely NO sugar (chocolates etc)
- 30 to 45 minutes of walk per day
- U will lose 20lbs in probably 2 months if you are sincere abt everything here.

Here's the easy plan.
-eat foods lower in carbohydrates. (AVOID anything that uses white flour, starches like potatoes, root vegetables like carrots or fruits) Look for foods with a low glycemic index.
-don't eat after 7PM (food that sits in your belly by the time you get to bed will go straight to fat)

Oh my gosh I had asked a similar question once and people made really rude comments not because of the question but because of my spelling it's not loose it's lose you want to lose weight. I'm not the best speller in the world so don't think i'm insulting you. I was actually really glad that they made fun of me because I will never ever ever misspell lose again. Good Luck!

simple...look for an area of road supposily backroads.. and a friend to walk with you thats atleast 2-3miles long and walk that and back...each day...and stay away from Sodas,junk food, junk food includes.....candy,chips,mash pototoes and some more out there...anything bread also dont mess with...most breads only break down into sugar when digusted ... try to go on a protein veggie diet....only eat like Chicken, turkey, salads, fruits for snacks and alot of water daily...some say 8 glasses...but i would perfer 4-8 depending on your weight and how much you actually like water...

All u need to do girl is watch what you eat portion control is the number one thing, lots and lots of water, low carb and sugar diet and lot of cardio( walking hiking biking and running, oh and skating or roller blading) oh and swimming
