OK, espero que means "i hope that"
te is refering to you

So espero que te la pases bien' means: I hope that you pass it (la) well.

well dude nobody that talks spanish fluently u ever meet will say that cuz it's not proper spanish.... it means i hope u pass it good.......... thats like someone saying i want a dog brown
