Regarding the statement in an answer from my last question, "b/c they want to become a world power." They could become a world power today if they wanted to. All they have to do is find a good reason for China, and Russia - their incumbent supporters - to unite and fight against America. So my question is now:

Why doesn't North Korea, and their dictator Kim Jong Il just sign a damm treaty with the USA, and call it all good? Why is there so much pride involved? Why cant the US negotiate according to their standards, or even meet somewhere in the middle? Why do countries fight like little children fighting over a piece of candy?

it would be nice if we could all just get along but history has shown that, that just wont happen, EVER. everyone has different beliefs that they feel strongly about and will not comprimise. does it mean that one is right and the other is wrong? no. Kim Jong will not comprimise because he doesnt want to seem insuperior, he wants to be a world power, in the back of his mind he probably knows that will never happen, but he wont give up on it. and we all know how stubborn Bush is, its just a bad combination.

What dream world are you living in? North Korea makes Cuba look like Disneyland. The place is a total communist dictorship run by one family for 60 years. Let them be? Most the world already does! Few trade with them or travel there. Without trade in drugs, counterfit US dollars & arm they would die. They live in a world that has not changed since 1950. You need to take high school history over again. You must have missed a lot.....

Bush became born, interior the western city of Midland. to any extent further questions? As for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, she became born in a suburb (I forgot which one) close to Chicago.
