I am close to dunking and i high jump in track. I'm 6' 3'' 145 Pounds. Current leap is 18 inches.
I high jump 5' 6''.
Could anyone give me tips about Luke Lowerey's vertical leap system?

Run up and down bleachers or hills. It builds great jumping muscles.

That's how I did it when I was playing basketball in high school. I am 5' 7". At the time, I could get my fingers above the goal. Never was able to dunk it though.

Pylometrics. Try Air Alert III lots of athletes do that program.

dude your 6'3..... im 5'9 and 19 years old..i can touch the Rims with my finger-tips and i have medium length arms.... its all bout Leg power man....don't you remember a long time ago..like in the 70s...a basketball that was 5'4inches tall and could dunk....its ALL bout the leg power man...trust me on that... do squats...calve raises...
