When I was in high school my friend who is still my best friend after all these years was made fun of in school because she was soooo... skinny. She tried everything to gain weight. She even went to the health food store and bought "weight gain" in a bottle. I was always watching my weight and she was always trying to increase hers. I feel for you if you are anything like my friend Amy. She struggled just as an overweight person would trying to lose weight. Many people can be cruel and are ignorant for being so. I wish you happiness and success in your life. Stay away from judgmental people. They aren't good for anyone. Good luck and God bless.

When my ex tried to gain weight, he would drink a slim fast everyday AFTER dinner. They're suppose to be used as a meal suppliment, so when you eat and drink it, it makes you gain. He gained almost 10 pounds in a week after doing that.

Weight Lifting would be great for you! but i mean lots of weight lifting ... you will gain muscle therefore, weight. but you gotta lift BIG weights.
for me I lost weight lifting 3-5 pound weights (i only got toned up) what i wanted.
but anything 10+ for me would make me gain weight.

Take a piece of food and rub it on a piece of paper. If it turns clear it's your "window" to weight gain.

dairy product, shakes and malts will do it ice cream also i would also suggest something called weight on. u can find it at NC r talk to a body builder, weight lifter they might have some ideas.

this is about singles and dating...not weight tips...but if you must know you should eat carbs...and go to a place like walgreens and get one of those shakes that help you gain weight...they do work...
